DINA-Petrokemija produces low density polyethylene (PE-LD) marketed under the trade name DINALEN®. The PE-LD plant started production with capacity of 70 000 t/y in 1976. The production was based on the technology licensed by Dow Chemical, USA. Since January 2010, the Lupotech T technology licensed by LyondellBasell has been used, with plant capacity being expanded to 90 000 t/y.
