Supervisory Board
Management Board

Pursuant to the Company Act and DIOKI's Articles of Association, the management structure of the Company includes two bodies: the Management Board and Supervisory Board. Both bodies are independent in their work, and their powers are governed by the Company Act and the Articles of Association.
