DIOKI d.d. produces low density polyethylene (LDPE) grades by ethylene polymerization process in a high pressure tubular reactor. LDPE grades are sold under trade names OKITEN® and DINALEN® and have melt flow rates (MFR) ranging from 0.25 to 3.5 g/10 min.
OKITEN® and DINALEN® are intended for extrusion and injection moulding processes. The most important application is film extrusion. Thanks to its excellent strength, flexibility and optical properties, OKITEN® and DINALEN® are highly suitable for both industrial and clear thin heat-shrinkable films.
Owing to its very high purity OKITEN®and DINALEN®comply with the requirements of the
European Directive 2007/19/EC (an amended edition 2002/72/EC), relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. OKITEN®and DINALEN® comply with the requirements of the European Directive 2004/12/EC (an amended edition 94/62/EC) of the European law on packaging and packaging waste and E uropean standards EN13430, EN13431 and CR 13695 relating to packaging and packaging waste.
OKITEN® and DINALEN® are delivered mostly in polyethylene bags (25-kg mass net) stacked on pallets and in bulk by road tankers.
