DIOKI d.d, a producer of polymer beads, low density polyethylene (LDPE) and polystyrene (HIPS/GPPS), is particularly concerned with both the protection of the environment, i.e. soil and water, and the control of air emissions.
At the end of 2003 DIOKI d.d. was awarded by BVQI a quality management certificate in accordance with ISO 14001:1996, Environmental Protection.

The quality management system ISO 9002:1994 was introduced in DIOKI d.d. back in 1996 and recertified in compliance with the requirements of HRN ISO 9001 : 2000 in mid-2003.

DIOKI's own Testing Laboratory was accredited for testing mechanical, rheological and thermal properties of polymer materials and their products. The Testing Laboratory was among the first testing laboratories of this kind to be awarded the Accreditation Certificate by the State Office for Standardization and Metrology (DZNM), Croatia as early as in 1998. Early in 2004 the laboratory was reaccredited by the same accreditation body according to a new standard HRN EN/IEC ISO 17025 : 2000. More detailed information can be found at www.dznm.hr.
