President Mesić and Government Vice President Polančec in a visit to DIOKI
On 26th June 2007 the Croatian President, Stjepan Mesić together with the Government Vice President, Damir Polančec and representatives from the Croatian Employers Association paid a joint visit to company DIOKI d.d.. On that occasion a general presentation of the company was held where the guests could find out about company's 65 million euro worth investment cicle. The guests were also informed about the difficulties that the company is encountering, such as high municipal and parafiscal fees along with lacking regional planning documents - all of which obstructs the dynamics of investment. President and the guests were then brought on a tour of the newly built plant for the production of expandable polystyrene.
